Steven A. Sokol,  in his capacity as a Master Instructor accredited by the California Association of REALTORS® (C.A.R.), teaches several courses presented through Professional Realty Institute (PRI).  As part of the Graduate REALTOR® Institute program Mr. Sokol is principal co-author of and regularly teaches the "Risk Management" and “Legal Issues” courses.  His next class is January 20, 2011
