It was truly an honor to lend our support to Habitat for Humanity San Fernando/Santa Clarita Valley's Gershwin Sings-Habitat Swings 2008 Builder's Ball and Awards Dinner, which was held on April 25th at the Sheraton Universal Hotel in Universal City. Steven A. Sokol, in his capacity as a Master Instructor accredited by the California Association of REALTORS® (C.A.R.), teaches several courses presented through Professional Realty Institute (PRI). As part of its Real Estate Masters program, Mr. Sokol is principal co-author of and regularly teaches the "Probate and the Foreclosure Process" course. Future presentation dates are being scheduled. As part of the Graduate REALTOR® Institute program, Steven is also principal co-author of and teaches a course entitled "Legal Issues." Future presentation dates are being scheduled.

At the request of the California Community College Real Estate Education Center, Mr. Sokol gave a presentation at the Spring 2008 California Real Estate Educators' Conference, held in San Francisco on April 25th entitled "Real Estate in Troubled Times: Short Sales, Foreclosures, Bankruptcy & Tax Effects."
